Need faster response to phone call questions

customer service phone contact did not have answers without calling his supervise. I waited at the gate a very long time with a person with diabetics was in 90* sun, he got very ill from not getting the wright gate code. Finally another customer came,I was blocking the gate, she opened with her code and by that way I got into the storage area.
