Public Storage - Apex - 2110 Ten Ten Rd

Dee was very helpful and efficient. Access easy via the app. I had trouble with the keypad entry but she called me right away to explain what I needed to do differently. Unit was clean. No complaints.

customer service is excellent and easy to establish an account place is clean and well managed you wont be disappointed!

My 10 by 15 storage unit measures 9 by 14 which is 24 square feet less than the 150 square feet it should be. I measured the room infront of the leasing agent but she said she has no ability to make a rent adjustment. I still took the unit but I will always feel I'm paying too much.

Our experience is very positive. The space we rented is perfect for our needs. We are also happy with the onsite management. She is very helpful.

They were extremely helpful but the facility we were in literally had no address and was hard to explain to others how to get there other than it was down the street from the other public storage. The worst was there was no restaurant at all and u had to go about 1/4 mile to other public storage. This doesn't work well if all u have is a large moving truck

Great treatment. Wish prices were a little lower. Espically for people who take two units.

I had a great experience with Public Storage! I was able to come and go as I please with ease. I also felt my belongings were very well taken care of since there is an on site owner, cameras and flood lights. The doors are locked at 9pm which deters anyone from entering the property overnight. I needed a fairly large unit as my entire household of belongings had to be kept there and it was the perfect size! The convenience of being able to reserve the unit online was amazing!

Reserved unit. Got unit i needed. Didn't know the unit was actually further down road from office at "annex". Rental agents didn't hear job I guess. No wow factors or memorable experiences.

Needed a storage unit to gather my things before going off to school. Really enjoyed my experience there. Great customer service, clean and most importantly secure. Would recommend

My visit today at public storage in Apex, on 2110 ten ten rd. was an excellent experience, base on great customer service when I first walked in the door. I needed a storage to fit and particular need they had the right price and the perfect unit. Miss Mirlene was very helpful, not pushy I can tell that she knew her job and did it will and I give her /Public Storage a five-star.

I was looking for a storage unit just for a temporary period. I was recommended to Public Storage Apex...I was told in advance that Miss Dee will take care of you and treat you right. I'm glad I listened..Thanks Miss Dee, you're awesome!!!

I stopped by my unit today and as always Dee was very nice and professional. She spoke to me and advised if there was anything that I needed to just let her know. I always leave in good spirits when I come to her facility. Dee your awesome!!

Fast friendly service. Dee was pleasant to work with MY items were safe and secure. Dry and getting to them was not a hassle. Roadways were clear and the garbage area was neat and tidy. No complaints at this wonderful facility.

Public Storage was recommended to me by family members who had items stored here. They liked Public Storage and I can see why. I felt welcomed and knew my storage would be cared for. The area is clean and accessible. Office personnel are helpful and courteous. One can contact them any time if there is a question. I've been very pleased with their service and their attitude.

Simple outside parking - good space and gated area.

The agent confirmed that the unit I had reserved online would meet my needs, reviewed other options with me without the 'hard sell' I was expecting. She even texted me ahead of our appointment to let me know a power failure was causing a gate problem, but she'd meet me at the gate. Power was restored before I got there, but the attention I received was impressive. I felt well taken care of, and at a great price.

There was quick and easy service and She made it very easy to get everything done so i could use the storage facility. My only issues are that a specific type of lock was required and that was not known before I got there so I had to pay $18.99 for a lock and because I have a large unit there were 2 doors that needed locks. The 2nd issue is that there is not 24 hour access to my unit but I could not find that anywhere. But other than those issues this was great. A huge space for not so much money. The fcility was clean and welcoming. I would rent here again
