The manager of the AAA Storage World, Andy, was very helpful with the entire process. The facilities are large and well-lit. The security is excellent and the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend AAA Storage World to anyone looking for a secure and clean place to store their valuable possessions.

didnt like having to navigate multiple interior halls to get to my unit. even the closest door led off into more halls. doubled our time. also found a cigarette butt, crushed in the edge of the unit..stay classy. i HAVE to say, my customer service rep, Ashley (spoke with her a few times throughout the check-in), is very kind and professional! she was thorough in giving me the information i needed and detailing how to get on site after-hours, et al. Thanks Ashley, cheers.

Andy and Cathy both greeted me by my name. All the paperwork was ready ( I signed up online). Both were very helpful. Showed me how the gate worked and the storage area. Total time 30 mins. All smiled.
