Happy with the service and location being near the airport.

My unit was nice and clean and a very good lock was provided. This was my first experience with a virtual office in a brick and mortar building. The ladies registering me were very kind and patient as well as Joe, my first contact. My unit is in a building which helps me feel better about security. I am looking forward to a positive experience with Go Storage.

Was met on a Saturday morning by Brian, who had me signed up & ready to go in less than half an hour. When my roommate & I showed up later in the day, our code for the keypad didn't work. The customer service person answered the phone immediately & it turned out we had the wrong code. Problem solved, we were in & out in a short time. This place is as secure as one of the many corporate facilities in the area, very clean, & excellent customer service, at a very affordable price. I would recommend Arden Mini Storage to my friends.

I had never had the need to rent a storage unit before last month, October 9th, 2019 to be exact. The owner was very friendly and the paperwork was quick. Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was driving up to my new rental unit. I recommend this location especially due to the cost savings compared to other mini-storage companies in the area.
