Love the location and set up is clean and well lit for safety.

I asked when I rented how soon they increased the rent. The person told me earliest would be six months sometimes not even for a year. Two months later, I got a notice that rent was increasing from 68 to 118! Hence the lower rating for price in customer service – misleading

I showed up (with a UHAUL) on the move in date and had no access to my unit. I, along with 2 other renters were stuck with our gate access codes not working. After roughly 30 min, we were able to get inside our units. I went again 2 days later with the same issue. Customer service has no reason why my gate code doesn't work, the emergency gate codes dont work and there is no one on site to help.I have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to figure out the issue and have had no call from the "storage property manager"

So far good. You need to stop with the emails. I do not need all the sales promotions

They are wonderful check in and was very easy and move in and was very simple- I feel a lot safer at the storage unit because the one on Riverside Drive was flooded During the flood, I almost moved my mom into the Riverside Drive one and we wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve lost all her furniture. The only thing I could say is maybe they need to only have the top two floors because it could flood again or if you decide to move and to Riverside Drive move on the second or third floor only.!

No problems. The virtual signing is a little different, but after a learning curve experience, it was okay.

Did not like the way I was checked in hard to understand took a long time

Facility was squeaky clean, easy access, easy check in. First time dealing with a virtual office and check in but it was pretty seamless.

When k walked into the facility, I was greeted by a massive screen. The camera was on top, and about ten seconds went by before a worker popped up on the screen to check me in. She was nice and accommodating. The move-in process was easy, and if I had more to store, I would definitely be a long time customer.

I was expecting the $20 admin fee but they also make you have monthly insurance on top of the monthly fee. Cheapest being $11 a month.

This was probably the simplest process Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been through getting a storage. The online service has you reserve a unit, and it gives you a template of all the unit sizes. Upon arrival, you can purchase a lock, insurance, etc. for really reasonable rates. Jim assisted with my storage and it was a fairly simple process. I would highly recommend them.

The manager was very helpful getting me the best deal possible. Best rates I could find in Asheville.

I made the reservation over the phone. The office manager called the next day to confirm my reservation and ask if I had questions. Then when we arrived the next week, he was very efficient and helpful throughout the process of our moving into the unit.

Pleasant and extremely helpful with our move from out of state. Made us feel welcome. Facility clean, and close by.

We were running late and arrived about 10 minutes before the office closed. The worker who checked us in didn't seemed bothered at all and didn't rush through the process. He went through all the details and even walked us to our unit.

Delighted w my experience in getting started!

I reserved a deal for a 5x10 for $68 a month with the first month for free. After the $10 price of a lock and the additional $11 for the renters insurance, and the one time fee of $20, I ended up paying over $40 for the first month. Not exactly free. And with the renters insurance added to the bill every month I'm paying $79 a month not $68. So the pricing of the advertisement and the amount you pay when you actually sign for a unit is quite different. But in the long run it's still cheaper than most of the other units around Asheville. it's VERY clean and I have great access to my unit especially considering that it's on the 3rd level. The building layout is convenient and overall I'm willing to pay a bit more for an easier move. Can't complain. Just wish they were more upfront about the real cost.

Immaculately maintained and secure facility, unbeatable prices/specials for air-conditioned storage in an upscale area, great customer relations, super easy to drive up to the hall entrance door for your level (no elevator) due to site design of how building sits on its sloped lot. Love it!

The customer service was excellent and made it super easy to get set up. Also, the storage unit is clean and easy to access. We have a unit on the third floor and were able to drive up to the back and just walk right in instead of having to use an elevator.

Great place, friendly staff, simple and quick to get a storage building, and being able to drive up to the 2nd floor is def a plus!

From our first phone call Mackenzie has been a delight with her professionalism, personality and customer service spirit. When checking in with her at the store, she offered a great storage alternative which saved us money. The 10' x 15' storage room was spotless and moving in the next day went quite easy with the help of the moving cart in the entrance lobby. The facility we are using is brand new and very nice. We are very pleased with our decision to work with Go-Store-It.
