The unit was not clean ... it had a big brown rust spot on the floor... but the boxes covered it up..

I booked this unit a while ago. Showed up to the facility. Very kind and professional. Setting this up was a breeze. The manager tried to get me a unit closer to the gate! I thought this was a nice touch. I would recommend them to all my friends!

Move in was super easy. Only downfall is there was no one there when we moved in on Thursday and the unit door was a tad difficult to open. Other than that it was easy access, spacious and clean.

Only one oops. Wanted to move in on the 1st of the month but no one in the office to complete the paperwork except Wednesday and Fridays.

I needed to move my stuff in after business hours. The kiosk was so easy to use. There was a person who was able to guide me live over the microphone if I needed assistance. It was great!

I had a pleasant experience with this company. They made the process of relocating my belongings from out of state, to store in their unit fast and easy. Their customer service staff and the manager are awesome. I highly recommend Go Store It in Fletcher, NC.

People have left this business 5 stars which is misleading. They take money out of your account other than the monthly storage fee. They say nothing about it so if it isn't in your account bank charges you insufficient fund fee. Try calling. They say they'll return your call but they're mailbox is full so they obviously don't. They are only open on Saturdays. Wow. 5 star they say. Looking like one to me only because that's as low as you can go

Rented a 10 x 20 on 8/23 for 189 month. Everyone else was over 200. They took 189 out of my checking on 8/23 and then on 9/1 they took another 77 dollars. Never said anything about it. Try calling them on Thursday to find they're only open on Saturday. Tried to leave voicemail but their box is full. Not very good way to do business.

Prior to arrival we did our paperwork online as they are in that office only on Fridays. That was very easy and quite fast. After 5 hours if driving we arrived only to find that our gate code did not work. There is an emergency kiosk which we used that gave us a code to use to get in. However we needed to get more than one vehicle in. We tried calling the number I had used in the morning to register and was on hold forever. When we did get thru we were given a daily code for that day. I still have not heard back from anyone to let us know if the issue has been resolved. The facility is well maintained. But their hold time on a call is far too long. Thus 4 instead of 5 stars.

Unit is exactly what I needed at an affordable price. I signed up at a different location. Person signing me up was very helpful and pleasant. Access to the facility was both secure and easy

Go Store It is a very professional company. Their units are clean and well maintained. One of my concerns in storing valuables is pest control which they are handling quite well. The agent showed the unit to me with a short tour and outlined their policies and schedules. I highly recommend them.

So far so good. I did hope for 24 hour access but I will just have to keep my car out overnight on those later ending cruises.

I scored a steal of a deal on this unit while last minute searching, and the place is very nice! Gated access with a code, they supply nice locks for the unit. The manager (Aaron) that helped me fill out all the paperwork and whatnot was very friendly and helpful! I am very pleased with Go Store and will definitely recommend them to others!

This is the only place I use and would reccomend it for anyone.

When I arrived on site the clerk inside was cleaning up the office which shows me that he takes a lot of pride in the company he works for. the complex overall was definitely the cleanest of all that I looked at in my search for a storage unit
