Found this location online, set up a move-in date and went through the process on the phone. The manager provided clear communication and straight forward directions. Beyond impressed with the actual facility and on site manager, Matt. The paperwork was explained thoroughly along with a visit to the interior unit prior to putting a lock on it. Squeaky clean, fire safety protocols and easy transport of items from the dock to the unit.

I needed a storage unit after 2 PM on a Saturday and most places are closed. Not only was Save Green open but I was welcome and not rushed in my decisions on size of unit needed. I am very happy with the cleanliness of the unit and the kindness of the staff.

I reserved a unit on Sparefoot, in anticipation of an upcoming international move. When I had to postpone the move-in date a few times, they were very responsive and even followed up along the way to ask if I wanted a better unit that opened up. However, when I went to sign the papers, the day before moving, the rent was raised by $15/mo and I had to pay insurance for $12/mo. So my $64 unit went to $91/mo (40% more), without prior notice of what the new charges were. I thought it seemed higher than quoted, but I signed the lease. I knew I had to buy their lock ($10) and soak other supplies, and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have my quote with me, so I thought the extra was due to the Xtra purchases.. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize the error until my next bill. I complained but to no avail. The manager told me to read the fine print of my confirmation email, which said the price may change if you dont move in within your original time window. It also stated there could be insurance charges. Because their customer service had been so great up to that point, I assumed they would warn me about an increase to the original quote. That wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the case. My advice: before you move in, read the fine print, confirm in writing the final price. Both insurance and rent amts can change often, depending on demand and the season. An insurance note: Make sure you are covered by your homeowner or renterﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s insurance for a storage unit. Bc I moved out of the country and changed my homeowners policy to a landlordﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rental policy, my policy would not cover the storage unit. It only covered if I was a homeowner living in my home instead of renting it out. And it only covered up to $2500.

I have had to move my items in storage to 3 different facilities over the past 3 years due to neglect by the facility owners; such as unsecured gates and buildings, huge potholes on grounds, filthy conditions inside buildings, frequent increases in rent but decline in agreed services. Save Green Storage has made my transition to their facility effortless and at a great locked in price WITH BETTER INSURANCE INCLUDED! I can now be at peace without worrying about my belongings because I travel a lot.

A lot of issues with this company. The biggest being the climate control building has very high humidity. I tested it daily for 2 weeks. Highest registered at 85%, lowest at 70%. When i asked them to fix it, I was told to look at my contract and that the air conditioning was working. If I don't like it I can move to another storage unit. Can not recommended this space.

A friend referred me to this storage company and so far everything has been great! The only issue I’ve had was when the internet went down I was immediately locked out. We had to ask another customer to help us get back in and it was the weekend. When I called to discuss it the customer service (Judy, maybe) told me “you just had bad luck”. Translation: “Not my problem”. So if I do refer them I will make sure to tell folks that there is no one available to help on weekends or holidays and if the Internet goes down it’s the “customers problem”.... be aware!!!

My only complaint is that during the renovation/ expansion of the facility, proper care was not taken to ensure that dust and dirt did not get inside the units. Now, everything that is in my unit is thickly coated with dusty dirt.

I have been in this storage facility for about 6 years and have never had a problem until save green bought out the storage company before them. Since save green bought them out 11 units were broken into and mine was one of them. I had numerous electronics stolen, 3 flat screen tvﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s RC cars and camping equipment, just to name a few. The cameras werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working and the security gat was wide open the night of the break in. The only call I received was to inform me of the break in. There was never a call to apologize about the break in and there was no compensation offered. When I told the manager that I spoke to about my losses they shrugged it off like it was no big deal to them. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m currently a tenant with save green but do not trust there security. I will be looking for another unit with better security measures in place.

I rented a storage building at this location to store my boat I had to hand push the boat into the storage building in the pouring rain and the young lady by the name of Julie stayed with me the whole entire time through the rain to help me get my boat in the storage building and the lady at the desk told me I needed to bring my boat by and make sure I could get it in the facility and in the building before I rented the building you just donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get customer service like this anymore again ladies I greatly appreciate your help . Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been at this location since 2005, and for most of that time this has been a convenient, clean and quiet environment. The switch of ownership seems to have coincided with a massive expansion project which is quite disruptive for existing customers. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re weighing the hassle of moving to a new facility with the hassle of continuing to deal with broken pavement, mud puddles, etc.

This tends to be normal just to a lesser amount, but I will say that the construction looks to be done soon, and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s going to be a great storage place. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have many more units, sizes, and I love how all of the units are kind of hidden so I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fear any burglary will happen or anything.

The lady in the office has been very helpful at all times. She gives prompt attention to details such as help with the lock, door handles, etc. It is a little problem to have the massive construction and destruction going on near-by, but that is not the fault of the facility.
