Max at the facility was great.

Hands down best part of my move from FL the manager was so kind. He let me sit in the building while I waited the hour and half for my movers. He directed the movers so they could easily access the storage unit and quickly unload. Facility is clean and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend !!

The move in process was very efficient and the office administrator was very friendly and informative. I felt like they had everything ready to make the process run smoothly.

It was exactly what I wanted and very affordable. The manager was great and very helpful!

The facility should have given me the access code with the lease agreement. I did talk to the office Friday the day I reserved n paid to move in for about the unit n my paperwork they said yes I had 008 which is on my lease agreement the unit is also rite at the back window n door to the office he should have been well aware that the door lock was broken n that I would not actually be able to effectively keep anyone or thing from opening it. I had to move out n I had nowhere to keep my belongings so I had no choice but to put all of my possessions in an unlocked unit I'll b going by there today I may move them to a unit with a functioning door and use this statement as proof as to why!

Everything went as smooth as possible. So far so good!

Customer Service was great! I loved how nice they were and took time to explain everything to me since I have never rented out a storage unit before. I also loved feeling safe when I come here by myself and that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s gated.

Store person couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find my reservation. Fortunately I had my confirmation number. I was Surprised at no senior discount. Store person was not very friendly. Almost felt like she could care less if I were there. Muttered about software. Said database crashed.

We needed to rent a storage unit until our home was completed. Devin was knowledgeable, helpful and made this a easy transaction. Five Stars!

Had to move to different unit because the size we ordered only had a 3 foot door. Thankful all the employees were still there and transferred us to a unit that fit our trailer. The staff is excellent. Wish we had know the unit we originally rented had only a 3 foot door.

Proce is decent for an indoor climate controlled unit. Its what we need and its not too much.

This storage facility was great before being taken over by Prime. Now, I get sporadic rate increases which is super frustrating because I pay on time, every single month. The company sucks with customer service (no offense to Gene the GM) but they have yet to resolve my complaint/issue over the last increase in 9 months. My rate increased by 20% in April 2020 and then another 10% in January 2021. Rent with caution from this company!

The facility is safely protected from people and the weather. We have excellent access. The unit is exceedingly clean. The company has efficient billing and is extremely attentive to any issue that arises.

We had never had a need for any additional storage until we took the leap from 2400 sqfeet to a first floor, no garage or basement condo. Seemed like a good idea at the time but the purge was life altering. Alas there is still "stuff" you need to store. Jeanne the manager at this facility is a gem. She made the process simple and reviewed what we would need. We live close to the facility and access is easy with it being open to us all the time. Its gated and security is reassuring. We highly recommed the Prime Location here in Bolivia NC and I would hope that managment would strive to find other managers of this quality.

We do not appreciate you raising our rates before we've been with you less than a year. Your facilities are not as secure as I expected. We had some problems with your company when we rented space in Ashland, VA, so this does not help your customer service level. Our home is being built in this area and we will probably need to keep our stuff in your facility until midsummer. I hope you will consider a lower increase or none. Thank. Mike Rydel 804-510-9472

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very articulate and transparent in reviewing the insurance and contract information. Extremely polite explaining site layout, rules and regulations, and tools available to assist in moving.

My experience at Prime Self Storage was informative and friendly. She answered all my questions and got me through the process in about 1/2 an hour. I would surely recommend this place. The units are climate controlled, clean and with plenty of light with a timer. Very secure!
