Storage unit flooded and they could only email me which I never got because it went to my junk email even though all other emails from them I got. Anything that might have been salvageable was not dure to not finding until a week later and by then everything was covered in mold as well. we drove by on Saturday and found the gate chained and we could not get in and they would not let us to our things until Monday. So inconsiderate they were. I had even called them regarding a different matter on the Friday before and they did not even mention it to me then. I will never ever ever ever store anything at 10 federal storage again and will make sure that I let everyone I no==know and on social media to not use this company

The unit was easy to find and easy to access

It was a easy set up.I will recommend this unit to anyone with little stuff to store.

This facility does not have on site personnel, you have to call or check- in online. The process was quick and the CS staff was very helpful. I had difficulty unlocking my unit and CS was very patient and helped me with this issue. The overall property is very clean as well as the storage unit and the price was very good compared to other storage facilities. I highly recommend.

Excellent deal for a great size

Great customer service. I originally got a 5x10 it was too small. I called directly and they transferred me to a bigger unit with no problems.

The customer service at Selfstorage.com and Federal Self-Storage is great! They helped me to get the best storage unit in my situation. The facility is open 24/7 and I was able to move in the same day I finished the paper work! Great business in Alamance County!

The process to get your storage unit until finished the paperwork was very convenient, and didn't have to wait on anyone to help. I live being able to do it online from looking, reserving to moving in. Fantastic.

Very nice people to deal with. Everything was done over the internet, the girl was very helpful, and knowledgeable. There was no problems filling out the contract, it was very simple. They answered very quickly that the kind of unit I wanted was ready and we could move our stuff in Sept 01,2022. VERY EASY, NO HASSLE!!!!

Found this place in a rush, the prices for climate controlled units, unmatched by anyone else! Everytime I call, I get answer and solutions for any questions or inconveniences.

This place looks to be fairly new. I neededb2 units and I ordered both of them differently to see how each way works. 1 online and the other over the phone. It was extremely easy both ways and the worker that I spoke to over the phone was very helpful explaining the amenities of the unit. I would highly recommend this location to people in the area. It has been a magnificent experience thus far.

I had no problems moving into the facility, and the user interface is really simple. The price was affordable as well. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moved out of my old unit that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had for years because of how easy it was.

The facility was great. Spacious! Very clean and easy to get in and out of (especially with a 26 foot moving truck.)

This seems to be a really great storage facility. It's less expensive in comparison with anywhere else locally, and it's also a new facility - probably about two years old or so. Thus it is also really CLEAN. Very convenient to I-40/85 as well. If you're in need of storage, this is the place to go.
