I don't know how to return the lock from my unit. We used our lock. There is never any one at the site that I can see.

Easy to use. Renting was easy. Free lock on move in was a nice touch.

I researched locations and this was top pick. Everything was very easy to set up.

When we arrived at the unit - it was not a "climate controlled" unit that I thought I had booked. Immediately I contacted customer service and the gentlemen on the line helped move my reservation to another unit that fit my needs! He was super fast and extremely patient with me as I tried to navigate everything on my phone instead of being in front of my computer. After a few minutes, I signed the documents and was given the code to unlock my unit!! Downside - at the facility - it shows were handtrucks are stored, we check every building and there was NO handtrucks to be found. I guess people just took them because they were out in the hallways :(

Clean and nice facility , easy access too.

The leasing process online was very easy to follow very clear. I was able to access the gate with the passcode that I had in the code for the da Vinci lock. I was able to keep my things safe throughout the time I needed it. And when I needed to cancel it the lady customer service representative was very nice and walked me step-by-step through the cancellation process. I am very pleased

The unit is clean and the rep on the phone was very personable and helpful.

Love it, very clean, easy access

I was very pleased with the information available that allowed me to locate such a facility. Also pleased with the location, availability, pricing, accessing, security and cleanliness.

Excellent facility with security systems as well as a knowledgeable staff available by phone.

Had a problem with the door. The customer service rep on the phone was very helpful and understanding. While she was not able to recognize my problem, her supervisor recognized my problem and I was able to complete moving my items into my storage room. The customer service rep should NOT be severely disciplined for her inability in recognizing my problem. She has excellent excellent telephone skills with the appropriate demeanor and rapport to handle difficult situations.

It was easy to move in. They should mention that you need your own lock, I didn't know that but this is my first storage unit and it might be a thing you do at every storage unit facility. They did have a place where you could buy locks but they were out so I had to go get one from a store. Everything else was great.

Excellent - the agent i spoke with we thorough, knowledgeable and very polite. explained the contract in detail and made sure that I understood what was required.

Customer service is outstanding. Was reluctant to use a facility without personnel on site. No problem. Got locked out and they were there in 5 minutes. Super service!

Even though there have been several glitches in the process of securing and entering the facility, the assistance I have received from Melissa has been amazing. I reserved the space online, but found out later when I called that the system was allowing duplicate rentals for the same spaces. However, when I called Melissa went above and beyond to accomodate our needs and her communication skills and the level of customer service she provided was excellent. Then we had trouble entering the facility, as it was the first time the electronic lock had been used and the door to the space would not open. No problem. Called Melissa and someone was there to open it within ten minutes. (Of course, even though he opened it the same way as we had tried to do, it opened right away for him. Murphy's Law.) I was at first reluctant to rent from a facility that only only provided automated assistance on-site, but I don't think I could have received better service from an on-site staff. They are professional, courteous, very attuned to my needs and unbelievably efficient.

I have rented several units in the past and was apprehensive of doin so without an on site manager but Melissa's customer service is the best of all and she walked me through the process with the utmost of patience.

Very easy to secure your storage space online. Access into the property is convenient, even though to get through the gate, you need to punch in your security code and then back up in order to get through the gate. Large moving trucks would have a tough time getting around the storage unit, since there is several turns to get to where you need to go. The security is awesome, with cameras, and best of all, no need to have a padlock, as your unit will not open unless you have the access code to get in through the gates. The price for the unit is very fair.
