I am absolutely satisfied with all aspects of this company. The reservation process was so simple and just right. Checking in on moving day was so fast. The employees are so polite and friendly. Very professional. The unit is the cleanest and most well built around here. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a few different ones over the years and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll never go anywhere other than here again!!

Clean, easy to navigate, affordable, helpful workers

The unit was dirty when I got there so I had to clean it out and the entrance was a bit deceiving so to make sure I was at the right place I went into the office to ask. Both of the ladies were a bit snarky and did not give a great first impression. I was simply being nice and trying to confirm where the gate was and the one was just rude.

I have 2 storage buildings with prime on maple ave. Buy a building or price check! One was $95 on 2/9/21 Went up to $118 on 3/9/21, went up to $154 on 3/9/22 and to $176 on 12/9/22. The second one was $100 on 2/2/21, up to $110 on 3/2/21, up to $123 on 4/2/21, $175 on 12/2/21 and $264 on 9/2/22! I have been with them for years. I know inflation is normal but wow! I do not understand every month increases. I even have my payment done as a draft. Never dealt with this when it was Rayﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s storage. Will be moving!

I had a small unit with my things in it for less than 6 months. My things were damaged due to Rats. I had no clothes or any loose items - just furniture. When I called the office I was told “we don’t have a rat problem” and was hung up on. They left rat poison in my unit (from the little crack on top of unit next door to mine) also there were those black rat boxes everywhere on the property which I also documented. Those Rat boxes are rented from exterminators. So actively treating Rats but no rat problem seems odd. I called customer service to complain about the way I was spoken to and treated by local office management. I never received a response so I called again. The third time I called customer service I was told my complaints were being forwarded to the local office i rented from. I requested email for district manager but was told they have no way to be contacted. I requested a district manager contact me and two months later- still nothing. Dirty and rude just like everything else in Burlington.

Called main phone# to make payment had multiple units instead of paying both units she paid only one making the other two behind in payment

Was hard to get into. GPS sent us down wrong street. And a totally different storage lot

I had a few pieces of old furniture and it was easy getting into the property. The staff is very nice and professional I will recommend them!

Friday, May 14th at around 5:30 I came to my unit, the inside units. I heard a shuffling noise. Then it stopped. Just figured someone was at their unit. After about 10 minutes, the noise started again. I noticed something in the middle of the aisle at the cross aisle where the noise was coming from. I started to walk down the aisle and I saw a corner of the door open all the way. Was scared, turned around threw my stuff in my unit, pulled the door, locked it and left. Tonight, May 17th, around 6:30 I arrived at the facility. As I came around the corner I saw a black male with 2 bookbags walking in front of the inside unit. He was trying to get in the door on the Maple St side. He was checking his pockets like he couldn't find his key. I left the facility. When I drove past the facility on Maple St, the black male was sitting on the driveway in front of the door off the side street. This place is not safe. I am scared to come here without a gun. This guy is either living in a unit, drugs, guns, or whatever. But as a female, I am scared.

Not happy about being billed a late fee on my storage unit without ever receiving a bill Was told must have had your billing address incorrectly loaded in our system. Hmmm found me for the Bill with the late charges. Not fair in my opinion How and why is this legal

I liked it better as Ray's self storage. My payment has gone up from $25 to $44 a month, that's ridiculous......for the same size unit...ants and all. The last time I was there, I ended up having to go to Family Dollar and buy a can of ant spray because they were sooo bad. I will try to have all my stuff out by the end of the summer!

You should not force insurance on people it should be their choice , Rays didn't and neither should you, once I get my things out I will never rent nor recommend Prime Storage to any one, in a time where people are already struggling to pay like myself

Very helpful and staff is friendly. In the process of having some repairs done on my door at the unit that I have. Was supposed to be fixed when it was Rays so hopefully my unit will be repaired promptly and will be able to get into my unit. Thanks Prime for your fast response.

Pricey but the facility is safe and access is convenient

Customer service is excellent, helped me out when my ex-husband attempted to lock me out of our units.
