good unit, close to campus, bigger than expected

The location is convenient for me. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the hills and incline that the property is sitting on. The inside units felt like you were literally outside. Not great for some of my climate controlled items

Great storage! Easy access both in and out of the facility

I am so incredibly satistied with my new storage unit. Using the app for keyless entry into the gate and having completed the paperwork online this was the simplest move-in to a storage unit possible. The unit access is perfect, I can drive right up to the door.

Having needed a unit quickly and looking for a fair price, cleanliness and access. I was surprised how easy the process was. Antonio was professional and knowledgeable. I would reccomend them.

Sonia, the manager on duty the day I moved in, Dec 18, 2021, was phenomenal. She was courteous, professional, friendly, and went beyond the call of duty to assist me. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service she provided to me. Such a great commitment to customer services should be highly commended and should not go unnoticed.

Prices are great and the customer service is excellent.

Found online as closest to our home. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Showed me the unit prior to making arrangements to rent unit. Helpful as I was having trouble walking that day, very appreciative of that help. Purchased a cylinder lock to use as well. Explained how to get in/out the gate too. Told to contact them if there were any questions or can help me in any matter.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They quickly responded to my online inquisition, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Xavier did an excellent job explaining everything to left me feeling very confident renting a unit from them.

I've recently been thinking about moving to the area and I need some assistance with storage. Xavier went through the process and we discussed the best option for me. Great customer service! Would add another star if I could!!!

Helped my girlfriend move her stuff into storage here recently and had a very positive experience. Xavier, the guy working there at the time, was extremely helpful. He helped find us a cart we could use and even gave us unsolicited advice about keeping the furniture from getting damaged in the humidity. He made our experience there above average.

Showed up 30 minutes until closing and frantic about being able to find a unit that day. Xavier never made me feel bad about coming in being so close to closing, and was extremely helpful! He had me set up and unloading within in 15 minutes. I would definitely use Public Storage again!

My husband and I recently rented a storage space from Scott and Xavier. These 2 were amazing. After a few laughs we were able to complete our rental process. Great experience and highly recommended. Thx guys for the help.

I ending my search early today when I ran across Public Storage. Xavier and Scott were two of the most respectful, helpful and attentive customer representatives I've encountered in some time! I will definitely use this facility due to their rates and location but most of all their onsite management. Outstanding customer service sold me a unit and future business!

Large and well managed storage facility. Staff very obliging and helpful. Easily accessible and near to Chapel Hill/Carboro.

After I reserved my unit online, I was a tad but concerned because the manager that called me back did not seem friendly. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and a helpful lady by the name of Miriam. She was the best! She made my move in experience a great one. Make her the manager. She is who should represent this location.

Everyone one at this storage facility was so helpful and professional. I felt very safe leaving my items in storage! The facility is well maintained and very clean.
