Public Storage - Cary - 2117 NC-55

I am so happy to have my unit, the price was fair, the facility is run awesomely, but the best part is the staff, I am overwhelmed by how the staff at this location is so real, knowledable and willing to help get the job done from beginning to end. This made it all the better. The location. Is prime near the highway and grocery, walgreens, are only a short drive away. Thank you all for what you do God Bless Your days..

Was able to reserve online and move in the same day! Quick, easy and affordable.

No one ever at the office. Could not get a hold of anyone

We reserved/rented unit online which forces you into bundled packages. So glad to have Talia, the on-site manager, straighten everything out. She was a pleasure to work with — knowledge, professional, and courteous.

We moved from another location that had doubled their price in less than two years! This facility's location on NC-55 allows for quicker access. We rented an 8x5 space that had doors 6 feet wide. We were able to stack our possessions in a unit that was 2 feet shorter than the previous location. Overall this is a considerably better deal!

Hard to find the elevators coming from floor 2. Pricing was fair, which made me go with the unit. Not commenting on customer service. Pretty much non-existent in my experience with them.

Reserved my unit the day before I needed to move in for a great price. Move in was easy and employees were so friendly and helpful.

No issues moving in. Space is clean and secure.

Location is ok. Nice, clean unit. Was disappointed being lied to about the type of lock used. The mandatory insurance is enough extra cost without gouging the cost of a lock. Was told a disc lock was used, but found out it was a cylinder lock when I arrived. Bad way to start a customer relationship.

Convenient location. Brand new. They make you purchase a unique lock that you likely cannot use anyplace else.
