Public Storage - Cary - 2317 SW Cary Pkwy

This is my first time using public storage the service was great. It was easy access the unit was ready for us with no issues. The manager was so friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent! Easy to find unit and everything was clean. The young man who helped us was so friendly and polite.

Whether you do business in person or in line the process is seamless.

Units were clean, easy to access. Locks were already there, check in was a bit painful, because of legal stuff. I didn't get the right size unit the first time so what I unloaded, I needed to rent a second unit FAST. It was much faster the second time.

This is my first time using a storage unit. The person checking me in made it easy and showed me the unit and how to work the lock and made sure i was comfortable with everything. i have been able to use the carts to make the moving easier. the unit is clean and no problems. getting in and out is easy.

I appreciate that the office manager wore a mask, set up 6 feet parameters around her desk, and had hand sanitizer. She was helpful in other ways, but right now, these things are extra important to me.

I would have given you 5 stars, but...You need to have more than 2 moving carts available and the exterior gate, exterior door/elevator keypads are in need of updating. 1, if not all take 2 attempts for entry.

The process was easy and simple. The two employees, Grace and Kim, were able to answer all questions and work through a minor confusion point to my benefit. A definite plus to customer service!

I was very pleased with the staff and their willingness to work with me to insure all my needs were meet.With great service and prices I will always try to use Public Storage when needing extra storage space. If my retal period goes as well as it started, I will recommend them to anyone needing extra storage.

This is my first time ever storing with a Public Storage facility. From the first phone calls and visits, I felt very informed and comfortable. Kim has been so friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and specific location.

Kim providing outstanding service and was very polite and helpful. The facility has had a lot of deferred maintenance and is a bit run down (lights not working, gate not working, elevator issues, etc.), but they are very courteous at both the corporate hq and the local level and the place is pretty clean and secure. Moved in today and other than the fact that you have as much paperwork as buying a house, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Kim is excellent! She was so very helpful and thorough and makes you feel at home! When I left, I didn't have any questions because I was so well informed.

The Staff was very friendly and professional. We completed the walk through and the contract in a short period of time. The process was explained thoroughly and price was reasonable.

My daughter had used this storage and was very pleased. She referred me to them and I am very happy with the security and the people that work there.

This is a great location for a storage facility, with the exception that you can't access the facility coming south on Cary parkway. There's a dirt road that you can go on, but it has huge hole and dips in it, if you are moving anything fragile it will probably break in your truck/car. For what they make a month they should be able to pave it smooth and have access fe both directions......

I cannot tell you how nice and accommodating the lady at Public Storage was. She looked me right in the eye, smiled and assured me she had a product to meet my needs. Her explanation of the terms and conditions was clear and left no questions unanswered. Go see her if you have a storage need and you will see exactly what I mean.
