It's a little irritating that I rented a 10 x 10 unit, went to inspect the unit with property manager and told her after looking at it that this was not a 10 x 10. She insisted it was. I told her it was a 9 x 10 by by estimation (stride length). Anyway, came back the next day with a tape measure and verified that it is 9 x 10. I can't help feeling a little cheated.

Amy was a wonderful person she helped me out to reserve and secure the storage. She helped to make it simple and smooth process. Storage was clean and enough space for a large truck to come in and turn. The other day Katy was in the store and she was quite helpful too. Store was at good location and and is kept in good shape the prices are reasonable too. Except the padlock.

The best storage facility in the area. We exceeded the space in our first unit while moving and Sarah was able to seamlessly move us into another unit. She took a very stressful situation with the move and made it a wonderful experience. There are many storage facilities in the area, but the staff and in particular Sarah, are the reason this is the best of the best.

The associate I worked with (Sabrina) was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. I was very pleased with the facilities- very clean premises and fine storage unit. I was a little irritated by the policy of only giving a discount for 50% off a unit for the first unit purchased. I would have gotten an additional climate controlled unit and kept it for a year, but I was denied the 50% first month deal because I was already a client (as of 3 days prior, when I got my initial unit). Seems a silly policy. Boxes are overpriced- go to Home Depot at $.77 a box vs P.S. $2.12 a box- but convenient to have as a back-up

One of the best Public Storage facilities I have been to great customer service. Very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this site for all your storage needs.
