Friendly and helpful staff. Walked with us to check out unit before deciding on size. I was able to move items in the very same day.

Working with the Prime Storage-Cedar Point,NC Manager, Nick G., was instrumental in setting up the trailer delivery and coordinating the move-in day with my son. Since I was finalizing the last minute details in Corvallis, MT, Nick made sure every detail was accurately covered for a smooth finish to the cross country transition. Thank you Nick !

The online reservation was efficient. The attendant was excellent and her customer service. The size of the storage unit did not fit the three rooms that it had advertised online. I thought for $140 a month I was going to be able to put three rooms of furniture inside the unit I gave away most of my belongings and squeeze one and a half rooms inside my unit.

The staff is very nice and the unit was clean. The pice is a bit high but you do what you have to do.

Easy to get to and great customer service I am only slightly concerned about the water standing in the center of our driving isle which worries me if there is further flooding. We unpacked in standing water so very wet feet . The water hadn't at that point gotten into the actual unit but I do have my concerns.

Nick was great in helping me find the perfect spot for our RV. Covered with 50 amp power service. Very clean and secure. It also has a small enclosed storage space in the back of the space for all our RV extras. Perfect! Thanks, Nick!

The team was great helping me locate a climate controlled storage space. They were friendly and the space is very ean. I feel my property is very secure with them.

I have been a long-term renter at this business. The personnel have been responsive, and the property well-maintained., although it is more expensive than other reasonably comparable properties.. However, the management has been understanding and helpful.. .

Very disappointed with the huge price increase - $79 to $103 per month????

Convenient location, easy access. Spacious covered parking for boat. Only drawback is only one trailer can be in space, regardless of size. Courteous customer service. Recently Lynn took care of repairing a leak at our space.

The staff at the Cedar Point location, including Jennifer, were extremely helpful in providing me the details about the new StorSmart insurance changes. Their friendly attitude, knowledge about the insurance product, and willingness to get me the info I needed are valued by this customer!

I have stored my RV at this facility for the past eleven years. The facility has changed ownership at least twice during that timeframe and the price for my rental space has more than doubled. The new owner has begun making some improvements of the roadways, gate malfunction, and drainage issues but more needs to be done. I store my vehicle under roof here and the building is beginning to show it's age with rust falling from the roof. This is the only facility in this area with power and a roof high enough for my vehicle. But they are totally pricing me out of their market. The security gate is also an issue. It is open as much as it is closed. I'm paying for security that I'm not sure I'm getting.

Good service for the price. Climate controlled.

Again, overall pleased with the facility and management. We donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really like that we have to pay additional insurance since we do insure our unit privately.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. My only complaint is my monthly amount went up for no reason. I just feel like if you come in at a price you should keep that price until you leave. Its just buisness I guess but it doesn't mean I'm happy about it.

Been a “tenet” since July, 2010. Always clean and comfortable to work in the climate controlled environment. Wish access gate worked better.

I like that there are so many different size units to pick from. They are clean and they have a huge supply of things you can purchase for your furniture or whatever you want to store. They have 24 hour access which is great! I intend to use this storage facility for long term.
