Insurance is required per the rental agreement and may be added to the monthly cost. We are a family owned business and our storage facility has been helping residents with their storage solutions for over 20 years. Our manager, Cathey, has been with us over 10 years and is an expert at self storage. We are located on Hwy 74 East 3 blocks past Stallings Road on the right going toward Monroe. One mile East of 485 going toward Monroe on the right. Walmart Superstore is only 5 blocks away. Our Manager there is ready to give you an extra allowance on units during November & December. She has many small units to store your Christmas decorations after the big day. She will make it worth your time to come by. Come by and let her help you with the correct size unit and give you the First Month Free. Facility is fenced, well lighted with Cameras plus lights in all units. We also have a second location in Stallings that has very easy access in and out. We have great RV & Boat parking starting at 55.00 a month. Why go down the road and pay 85.00 to 100.00 a month for the same parking spot. We have a large variety of Locks, Boxes, and other moving supplies with the lowest Box prices. As an example all Boxes, Locks and moving supplies are 10 off through the remainder of the year. Come by or call us to learn about the best storage units in Indian Trail or Stallings. The agent was excellent. She answered.all of our questions and gave us a code in case we needed to get to our storage unit. She explained how we can avoid an extra month's charge by vacating the unit on March 4 rather than March 14.

My husband and i were abruptly made to move and we needed to store everything we own. Store n Lock had one unit left for the size we desired. The gentleman there was very helpful. He showed me the unit, which we could pull our moving truck up directly in front. It only took a fee minutes to review and sign the papers. Its not brand new, but the property was very clean. The price is very affordable too. Overall, very pleased.
