Ms. Christie was very helpful getting my reservation set up. She also went out of her way to accommodate a potential schedule change, that I was unable to honor. When I actually did get in to do the paperwork, Ms. Kelly was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She made sure that all of my needs were met and that I was happy with the unit. With all the stress of moving, these ladies went out of their way to make this one less bit of stress for me.

I found rats and roaches in my unit on my stuff

This place was a breeze to be set up with. They had all of the necessary moving supplies, a huge variety of spaces, and are right next to a U-haul rental company. Staff is down to earth and very accomodating.

Amanda was at the office after hours for me so that I could move in that night. I am beyond thankful!

I needed a small storage space for a few boxes. They provided a good price for that space. Gate opens with a difficult code and there are quite a few cameras. Amanda was friendly and helpful. What more do you need.

Fast and friendly. The 20x15 unit I got had a pleasant surprise. 2 roll-up doors. 1 in in front and 1 on side. Making getting to my stuff, when needed, so much easier.

We came to Charlotte looking for a home. We spent 3 days in a motel but didn't want to lug our belongings with us so we looked online for a storage facility. We found a good one, reserved it and moved in that same afternoon. The service was outstanding and the wonderful lady has us in the unit in under 30 minutes! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and the rates are -very- reasonable for the size of unit and the locale.
