Easy to reserve online then work with someone in person at my convenience for the paperwork.I chose to move in another day when the facility office was closed but having set up my own code the moving in on my own time for great.

I was greeted and helped immediately. Staff guided me through the registration process with ease answering all my questions. The orientation to the facility as well as personal tour was very helpful. The area is clean including a very clean elevator! So glad there are carts for use! The safety measures in place are assurance that my items will be secure.

I entered my basic information on line which made the paperwork almost effortless. The facility is very clean and easily acessable with strict controls. The tools provided to move materials to my unit are excellent. The climate control maintains my materials in the needed climate, makes it comfortable to work there and contributes to the extreme cleanliness of the facility. I would highly reccomend Ballantyne Commons Storage Centre to anyone who requires a place to safely store their materials.
