When I was checking in the gentleman helping me was a pleasure. My unit was clean.

Storage agent, Mr. Solomon, was extremely helpful and very polite. He explained the insurance requirements and made sure I had the appropriate sized unit to meet my needs. It was close to his quitting time, but he remained long enough to make sure I was adequately taken care of.

This is a great location easy in easy out.

I comparison shopped before I contacted CubeSmart and the rates was the cheapest. Not only did I pay a reasonable rate, the customer service from Theresa was superb! She provided a friendly and professional move in experience!

Theresa has excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure my move in went smoothly.

The only complaint I have is that there is no 24hr access for those of us who have late hours.

I had to move out of my apartment at the last minute, and I found CubeSmart on Independence. They were offering a 10% discount, which was enough to catch my eye. When I got there with my U-Haul to move things in, Ms. Pam was very helpful from the start! She is so kind and genuinely caring, explained the rules of the storage facility efficiently, and even offered me a cold bottle of water! She is very inviting and makes a great face for the company. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone I know who is moving or in a pinch!

We ran into some issues with water leaking in each unit we tried and even the one we ended with seemed to have an issue but we didn't have a choice given our time constraints. Then the email was put in incorrectly and was sent to the wrong address, but the customer service was excellent.

Miss Pam is so wonderful and caring. She makes the place 5 stars!

I have never interacted with a more friendly staff! They are there for you and will stop at nothing to make sure the experience is nothing less that perfect! Location, price and security are all great! Pam and Ben are terrific! Anyone looking for affordable storage in Charlotte should call them right away!

My experience so far has been extremely negative. First I was told to pick a code. It didn't work. I was told to pick another code, still didn't work. Pick another code, I was told. Finally the 4th code I picked worked. Hallelujah. Then when I looked at the "10x10" I was paying for, I immediately knew it was not a true 10x10. "Well that's what we call a 10x10". I was told. False advertising. Shame on you cubesmart!!! I measured it and I am paying for space beyond the walls of my unit that I'm not actually using. I will never ever use cubesmart again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience and what a fraud company this is

Great deal for the price, however the mandatory insurance is not included in the price given online. I could have found something a lot closer to my home for the same price.

Their office person Ben was about the only quality about this place. The office equipement did not allow him to accept faxes, yet they required me showing proof of insurance (had to have it faxed in). If it wasn't for this gentleman, I would never have been able to get anything accomplished. They have a fax number and phone number that are the same... Anyway, he and I spent two hours trying to figure out a method to get the paperwork to him. (He didn't have access to email) Their business methods are outdated and a waste of time. Highly recommend using another storage place and save your time. Thank you Ben for going above and beyond to take care of the customer. Hope your managers pay the extra few dollars to get you a second line for a fax machine so the next customer doesn't have to waste two hours in your office and have you work off the clock.

very quick and need filling. The pricing was average but the customer service and help is top notch.

I came here because I was paying 20$ more a month at another storage unit for the same small 5x10 unit. My most recent payment was double what I am paying and I did not even stay in it a full month!! Unacceptable! I was very pleased at the ease of reserving my own space and the pricing incentives.
