Extra Space Storage - 3276 - Charlotte - Wallace Ln

It was a fast and easy process. The storage unit was clean and ready for me. The employees were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Moving in was a pretty time consuming and a little inconvenient due to my unit location and not being able to use the back entrance closer to my unit.I had to go back to the front with my things.The staff was super nice though and very helpful.I look forward to the renovations coming up

My unit was cleaned and ready. Staff was very helpful. The carpets in the hallways have been worn. Need to be cleaned.

The young lady who helped me went above and beyond to make me feel valued and to make sure everything got taken care of for me to my satisfaction. She was so sweet and welcoming. She was an absolute delight.

Had to get a storage unit in a very tight situation and found Life-storage online at a reasonable price, so I thought. Needed to store a very large rigid item and was told it would be easy to store on the 1st floor. The hallways are very narrow and made it difficult to actually get my item inside the unit. The place mentions a charge of you don’t broom sweep when you move out due to them cleaning it but my unit was filthy, loose screws, droppings, dirt, and even a banana peel above my units grate “ceiling”. Still need to contact them to clean that up. If not for my rushed situation, I would have not rented here.

The storage facility is Ok but some of the equipment policy changes an be problematic. Flatbeds (very limited) have to be signed out and are unavailable after reg business hours due to theft. The Moving van advertised is currently discontinued as well due to accidents. In my opinion these are risk of the business and should be settle with insurance claims as to not inconvenience the customer.

The staff did an excellent job giving me through information about available units and did her best to find a best rate.

This facility was convenient for our Needs. The staff was very helpful especially when we changed the size of the unit once seeing them.

The employee who showed me the unit and set up my monthly rental was great! She helped in answering all of my questions and even told me things I wouldn't have thought to ask! She was great!

The personal that work at this location is the mean reason why I picked it. Wonderful attitude, willingness to help and honestly is what help me choose the Wallace Ln location. I did a lot of research before I made my choice.

I would say great but moving isn't one of my favorite things to do. No problems though

It was easy to get the storage just wish there was a elevator for riders along with the freight elevator.

Susan, who assisted me with the paperwork is very efficient and helpful, renting a space at Uncle Bob's Self-Storage was a pleasant experience.

This location has easy access for cars or trucks, on site truck dollies, bathrooms, drinking fountain, and soda vending. Add this to the helpful and considerate staff and you have the perfect storage place!
