Extra Space Storage - 3281 - Mint Hill - Zeb Morris Way

Everything was great - easy process and helpful stafff (Brooklyn). I just need to see if the door will stay up in my unit. It is drooping down about a foot once you open fully. This is aggravating since I almost hit my head or taller items coming in and out of the storage door. It may just be the roller design, but still annoying.

The manager was very friendly and treated me like a valued customer. He was very thorough in explaining the contract and how policies work. I wish the website had mentioned the $9/month mandatory insurance, which is a lot for a storage locker where the rent is $9/month. But overall, I'm very happy and feel good about my decision to store items here.

Using Sparefoot was so easy. Our reservation was waiting for us when we arrived. The storage building has utility carts which made moving inside very easy!
