A lady named Helen took care of my reservation as well as showed me different spaces so that I could know what I was getting. She asked me questions so that she could make an informed decision about what size I would need. She was able to change the size of the storage unit that I had and got me together. This was a great experience altogether!!

I've been a customer at the facility for several year. I was a customer when it was called Cross Trax Storage. My monthly fee was consistant. with the new ownership my monthly rent has gone from $110 monthly to $ 135. It appears that Prime Storage increases my fee every six months. Not real happy with the multiple fee increase.

The gate has been broken over two months and they have not repaired it yet. Therefore we are not getting what we are paying for. I personally feel if we are not getting what we are paying for why isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the rent being discounted until it is repaired.

This place is really bad my boat was broken into 4 times and they said the cameras was not working then the price jumped 40 dollars and it will continue to rise.

I originally went if my unit because it was located indoors AND included the dehumidifier for the space. They really did help keep moisture out the air which is what I needed. When Prime took over they removed them but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t adjust the price accordingly. I might as well switch units to save cost.

Horrible service and experience.My unit was broken into and no one responded to my endless calls. The gates didnt work for weeks, there was no exterminator (all of my belongings had mouse droppings and anything that could be chewed was runed).
