No human on site and no call backs after leaving multiple messages. Very frustrating!!

Easy to find great customer service

I did my reservation online. I went to the property several times, but no one was in the office. My unit is great, but I don't need the lock or the insurance. I would love an email.

I had to have a little customer service help with the logistics but she was extremely helpful and it made much less stressful for me because of her patience!

EXCELLENT FACILITY I have used Public Storage for over 15 years and have always been impressed how well it is maintained. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I always recommend this facility to my friends.

Good customer service and check in. Ceiling of unit was hanging down and needs repair.

In the past we have had as many as seven storage spaces and were very pleased. As time went by you raised the cost excessively and we had to move to another company. We sold most of the items we had and stored the balance at home. Time has added more items and here we are again. We visited the current storage location and were pleased with the young lady that greeted us and made us feel at home so we rented one unit mainly to see how we liked this one. So far we are very pleased with the location and the front office. AG

Things went well for me I just think the insurance should be optional

though it was advertised at the rate of $1 to lure customers in the rate after mandatory fees is still about $60.

if you are looking for an out standing District Manager Gary Pellock and onsite Manager Tierra you need to put your belongings in the 10111 Park Rd Site or in the Pineville or south district.Other area Manages should listen to these outstanding employees about how to talk and treat people. I had a few things that i brought up to these highly trained individuals and was very pleased they where very professional and customer oriented. Yes, there were a few things i was concerned about but with there ability, for sight and customer care they made me feel like i was someone special and wanted me to rent from them again and not be an angry customer because they are concerned with making longtime clients. They were the best and did all they could working hard to help the Public Storage team appreciate there customers. Great team and thank you for your help in making me feel like a friend. Unwittingly went in to the facility 10 minutes before closing, not realizing how much was involved in securing a storage unit. Tiarra volunteered to stay over and help get me set up, even after I said I could return first thing in the morning. Very friendly and patient, even after a full day's work. 5 stars!

April and Tiarra were the best! They helped me get situated with renting a unit that was perfect size for what I needed! They kept me laughing the entire time we were talking and there communication skills are impeccable! Thank you so much.

Professional, very informative & really nice

I had a very positive with Tiarra this past Saturday. I was in need of a conditioned storage space and Tiarra was very knowledgeable helping me fill my storage space needs. I would highly recommend Public Storage!!

The ladies at the park rd public storage were great . They were very helpful and informative and kept it simple . Their " let me help you " attitude was most noticeable.

Howard and the folks at Public Storage helped make a tough transition so much easier. I feel like my items are safe there and that these folks will contact me if there is any issue.
