Property is not secure! Main gate inoperable??

From the time I reserved my unit online, they communicated with me both by email and phone which I appreciated. I showed up on my move in date and they were very efficient getting me my unit so I could move my stuff in immediately. They were very helpful and friendly at the front desk. I am very pleased with my experience.

Lucy at the Mount Holly Rd location was absolutely phenomenal! I loved her personality and she was extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely refer my family and friends.

Brent and I think other gentleman's name was Brendon was very helpful. The process of getting a unit was easy & quick. Plus it was a new building I got a unit in so that was a plus for me.

I specifically asked about leakage since i saw evidence of water in the first two he showed me. Three days later my stuff is soaked. The guy hands me a pamphlet and says you should make a claim. They knew it leaked and screwed me over. Avoid at all costs.

The service was excellent and friendly. We were even given advice how to load our unit efficiently.

The customer service is excellent. The process is smooth and informative. The best storage company ever. I have used Public Storage all over the country in my travels since 2007. My last experience at Mount Holly Huntersville was awesome, the last gentleman, was awesome. Thanks again

My grandfather and I were putting a few things away into our storage unit this morning, and the manager on site, Kody, was gracious enough to come up to us and check on how we were doing, and checking to see if things were working out with the unit. Property is clean, and staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Monique is a great worker she was a big help for me and my wife she went above and beyond making sure we fit in the right size and great price excellent service from Monique dalton

Monique was very nice,friendly & helpful. She showed me my storage area explained everything to me she made me feel very comfortable about the choice I made. I would tell anybody to come to this storage & talk to Monique. She makes you feel like family & makes sure you get the best deal. I love that they have a locked gate so that nobody can get in unless you have a code that also made me feel safe about my belongs being placed there. Thank you so much Monique.
