No one was available in the office or via the phone to assist with questions or concerns that we had with regards to opening and closing the main gate. We arrived around 1:45 PM on Saturday, 01May2021. We called multiple numbers including the contact number on the door of the office which was closed (despite the time being during open office hours). We left messages at each number that we called (if voice mail was available). Someone returned our call on Monday, 03May2021, long after we needed assistance. Although we were able to resolve our issue, it was disheartening to realize that no one was available to assist during Saturday open business hours especially since we had a rental truck full of furniture that needed to be returned by EOB on Saturday, 5/1/2021.
