So far, so good! We liked the friendliness and professional attitude of your representative. He was very knowledgeable of your facilities, and helped us decide upon a storage unit based upon our needs.

This facility is clean, convenient to my temporary location and easy to access if necessary BUT every time I have tried to reach the facility via phone, I have not received a reply! When I drive to the location and talk to the personnel there, they are very helpful and quite pleasant--but I am not sure if they actually even get the phone messages I leave. I left a message last week about my move out date (which is tomorrow!) and was surprised that I did not get a call or voice mail regarding my message; then I realized that I have not gotten ONE response to my previous calls. I don't know if this is the norm for this particular location or the Charlotte area in general, but it is quite inconvenient and frustrating. Other than that, I am quite satisfied.

The only thing I don't like is that they do not have a truck available for rental, otherwise it's a great storage facility.
