Gate hours need to be 6-10 at least and for business purposes 24hours

The manager was amazing and so helpful. Her name is Monique. The other lady working there I didn't get her name but she was very informative as well. Great staff.

The storage room could have been clean out better.. papers and dirt was on the floor..

I was a bit nervous with this location for storing my items. I went in to talk to the staff to learn I wasted time worrying at all. I came out very confident my items would be protected while there. Hannah did a great job explaining all of my options and unit sizes for the choice I made. She did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and was so pleasant to work with. Thank you Hannah!

I was greeted with generosity as soon as I walked through the door. I had no clue what size unit I needed. I started describing the things I needed to put in storage to Hannah, and she helped me determine which size unit was best. Her customer service is great, she's very understanding and helpful. I recommend anyone to get a unit at this location. I really feel as if my belongings are in good hands.

Was told by customer service people to sign up for the wrong size storage container. Still waiting for a call back from storage container place as I was charged the wrong amount.
