Property manager Cherese was very helpful, pleasant and friendly as she helped me navigate the administrative process.

I was helped by Renee who did a great job. The pricing wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t exact because of the insurance which as a first time storage renter everything was explained to me well. Other than that I got a great deal! I may upgrade in the future but public storage is the place to go!

I have used a few storage units in the past but none with a representative as personable and friendly as Renee, not to mention the double code entry required to enter the climate-controlled units and easy access to dollies when needed.

Nothing was a problem. All requirements satisfied

i didnt see anything on the website when i reviewed pricing about the additional $15 of insurance required per month, and dont like that there arent any other options on the spot.

Destiny and William were excellent! They were very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. The facility seems very clean. I could have gone anywhere but they made my experience so comfortable that this was my last stop in shopping the market. Please adjust your prices to include the monthly insurance fee or be sure to let customers know before hand. It makes you feel like Public Storage is nickel and dining their customers. This isn't even required by most storage places. It was almost a deterrent.

Not as great a deal as I was led to believe. Add-ons that took my $1 first month promotional offer to over $60.

I honestly had a great experience. All the staff in person were very nice and helpful as well as customer service on the phone when I made a reservation. The property was well kept and very nice. The only " issue" I had was that they had changed their lock methods ie instead of a master lock they were now using cylinder locks on the inside units. I had already brought a lock from my previous storage at another PS, but could not use because of the change and a cylinder lock was $20 to purchase there. Overall really affordable and very convenient locations!

The customer service associate was very pleasant and efficient. She showed me around the faculty instead of making me find the storage unit on my own. Great experience. I feel my property is safe here.

Unit was dirty with dirt,lint and trash.

Friendly staff, competitive prices, ample storage space that makes other storage facilities pale in comparison. I am very happy with my experience so far.

I canceled my storage withing less than 24 hours and I was told I would be charged no matter what.

Casey was fast to sign my lease with and very knowledgeable. Definitely made moving my things into storage a breeze. Ask for Casey if you rent at the South Boulevard location.

Good place, clean, nice staff. Would be nice if it was clear on the website you have to have insurance through them and they have special round locks that you have to buy (you cannot use a traditional lock and if you don't have the round lock they'll automatically add it to your bill). I don't blame the location for this, I think this should be something spelled out clearly on the website so I can make an informed decision. I thought we'd spend @ $30 since I had the $1 special but it turned out to be @$60! I picked public storage because it was cheaper than the other companies but once you all tacked on insurance and the lock and all, I realized I'd made a mistake...the competitors was only $45 and I could have brought my own lock and used my own insurance.

Very pleased with all of the service here. The unit was nice and clean, and Monica was excellent...she is a gem!
