First of all,after reviewing the other storage facilities, I found Public Storage the most reasonable one of all. FROM the moment that I picked up the phone to call, I was guided straight through the process. FROM the representative over the phone to Hallie, the manager at the North Tryon street location. She allowed me to view the property. She also helped me decide just the right space that was needed.Plus I got a great deal.

I came in yesterday for some questions about renting the space, the property manager answered all of my questions in great detail. She was able to show me a few spaces so that I can have a visual. If he even show me some packs of boxes to make sure that my items fit perfectly.i've never had to move before so that was a lot of help. I was feeling overwhelmed, but now I know what to do.thanks tiara

Process was very simple. I reserved online and received a call to confirm within 5 minutes. Office staff was friendly and attended to all my needs whike offering resources to assist with my relocation. I only needed the storage for a month but if needed again I will go back to this location.
