Great customer service is what I received from employee Tenay when I went to this facility. She was very thorough with explaining the paperwork. She made sure that I understood and she answered all questions. The facility was very clean and all supplies were very neat and in order. When you have a dedicated employee such as Tenay that knows their job, you can't go wrong.

The young lady at the location I opened a unit was excellent. She did everything possible to help me find the storage unit that would fit my needs. It was really nice to get a phone call a day or two later to see if my move was good and if there was anything she could help me with. She was awesome and the rates are great Definitely would recommend.

I was told in the beginning that the first month was $1.00. After much planning and no further searches for a storage facility, when the sign up and move in day arrived, the truth was that that offer only applied to new customers. Since I already had one compartment, I wasn't eligible for the $1.00 offer. It would seem to me that existing customers should be treated equal to new comers if not preferentially.
