Customer service was superb. The size of unit is perfect for my needs. I would have appreciated it if the unit had been swept out as there were a lot of dead bugs in corners. The location isn't the best but the key code gate and iron fences make me feel a bit more safe. I would recommend to family and/or friend.

Generally excellent, with just a couple of little hiccups. I have had storage units with Public Storage off and on for over 20 years and find them clean and well run. Recently, I moved from one facility to another, and using the Internet found a facility that was offering a special and had the size unit I wanted. When I went to finalize the deal, I was told that because I was moving from one facility to another (I am moving my business equipment closer to where I live) the special could not be applied. The rate rose from $83/ month to $124/ month. One would think that loyalty would be worth something...

I don't have much to vday. I'm experiencing a lockout to my storage area. I have to wait until things get better for me.Never knew I wiuld have to.pay so much for keys. My storage rental for the month is 95.00. Then 29.00 for more keys. Not feeling so happy!
