My two criteria for a unit were size AND semi truck accessibility. The unit you assigned me was in no way semi accessible & they had to get a second truck, load, unload - repeat and it cost me almost $3,000 EXTRA!!! That is NOT OK! The unit size they told me was not enough space & I needed a second unit at the same location. No one would answer the phone or return phone calls ( during business hours!!) That is not ok You main line just kept transferring me back to the location where they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer the phone! That is not ok!!!!
