Great price, great customer service at checkin.

A very positive experience. The storage units are in good order and the assistant - Richada - was very helpful. She both told me a great deal about the location and answered all my questions. She was full of information and very polite, a real credit to the organization.

Had a speedy professional process. David was very knowledgeable and patient.

I had to coordinate selection of a storage unit while I was in another state with my family in NC. Public Storage (especially the representative Trey at the location I selected) made me feel at ease and that the items being stored for my mom will be in the safest place. Trey's exceptional level of customer service was what made me confirm my reservation with Public Storage... I know the team at that location will interact with my mom the same way Trey interacted with me over the phone.

I just think prices are steep.

Ashley was professional, took her time to explain everything to me about the rental space. She was very helpful in assisting me with the decision regarding the space I would need.

Ashley was the best representative for Public Storage. We were tight on time. With my work schedule we only had a 30 minute window. She had an appointment she needed to be at at 6:30. I arrived at 5:40 PM. She stayed late to complete my application. There was only one unit of the size we rented so we had to secure it. Ashley I'm so glad there are people like you to deal with. Thanks for your great service.

Ashley was super helpful and courteous. Went out of her way to assist when someone tossed their unwanted belongings over the wall into my unit. Luckily nothing was damaged but she ensured I was taken care of. Thanks!

Ashley provided me with an excellent service. She called me to introduce herself and I scheduled an appointment to move-in. When I got to the office, she acknowledged me with a big smile and helped me step by step with my move-in process. Before signing anything, she took me to my storage space to make sure it was what I was looking for and that I was satisfied. She had a great sense of humor and she was very polite and professional. She was very detailed with the paperwork and was making sure I understood everything. She made me feel that my belongings will be in good hands. I had a storage space in the past at this location and their customer service was the reason I chose this location again. Thanks guys!

My check in experience was great thanks to Krystal. She's informative and really nice. She was patient and went over all of the details perfectly so that I knew what I was getting into. My only problem isn't with her, but that the online pricing doesn't reveal the additional fees and mandatory costs that must be paid with the units, so prepare to pay a little more than expected. Again, not her fault though, she was great to work with!

The facility is always clean and the office representative is always polite and helpful. However, not having a bathroom is very inconvenient, not only for customers but for employees as well. Also, this is the first PS I've used that did not have basic moving equipment, such as dollies, carts, etc.

I feel like your company misrepresented itself. When i initially rented my until there was no move in special although there was one advertised outside. I paid regular price and was not offered another location. I later found out that a location near by had a move in special. My other issue is the gate time. On two occasions i was there at 6am before work to get in and had to wait until 7am to get in the gate making me late for work. I hope in the near future these issues will be addressed
