Upon entering the building, Angie greeted us with a smile. She explained the sizes available and took us to view our selection. She was very thorough in explaining the costs and contract.

I didn't like the undisclosed lock fee and I believe the mandated insurance purchase is not legal and contradicts the very insurance pamphlet that states "The purchase of this insurance is not required to complete your rental transaction" I will be following up on that piece

Very easy to do and friendly staff. They answered all my questions and did a great job of laying out the terms and conditions. I am very happy with my experience.

My only complaint is the hours of access to my unit. When this location was owned by Morningstar, it was 24 hour access.

Stopped into this location to check prices with my dad. The 2 girls in the office were really helpful. I never had storage before and didn't know what to expect. I can't remember her name but she was sweet and patient with me.

Reserved my unit ahead of time, and the Public Storage website allowed me to provide all of my info in advance. When I went to check in the day of my reservation, the Customer Service rep was prepared to make everything go smoothly and quickly. I did a lot of shopping around, and this location allowed me to get a 10x10 drive-up unit for much cheaper than anywhere in the area. Highly recommend!

Visited the property today to get some estimates on units. Brandy took the time to show me several different units although I gave no guarantees of renting today. Amazing customer service from her as a trainee and Angie as her superior.

Nobody at the door when I got there and had to wait in my truck for 10 minutes while I sat through the awful corporate number experience (why do they not list the property number on google?). Otherwise a great experience, a good spot and I just wish the parking spot for my rig was covered.

Very happy and satisfied with my lucky choice to rent two units at Public Storage in Charlotte. Moving from out of state and selecting this location sight unseen, I was very happy and relieved with the kind and understanding welcome I received from the staff upon my arrival. They made sure I was happy with each unit before signing the contract and that all my needs were met now and in the future. I look forward to being a client as long as I need to. Thank you!
