I was drawn in by a special but upon signing the contract was told I must buy their lock since my unit uses a barrel lock. I also had to buy their insurance until I could prove my homeowners insurance covered storage rental. Other than that, Joann was very nice, the unit very conveniently situated inside and the facility is close to my house. The unit had a small amount of dirt on the floor.

Nothing else to say. Things were fine.

Arrived on move day to find another lock on my storage space. Contacted the office, to be told by Kyle in such rude and unprofessional way that they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cut the lock off. I had to be transferred to another space and buy another lock. What made it worst is I had movers that was being paid by the hour. NEVER AGAIN!!

This is the first time we have rented a storage unit and the entire process was very smooth and quick. Lisa was outstanding and helped us with all the details. The storage unit was clean and access was easy.

The staff member that was present at my check-in and initial meeting was very friendly and showed me how to get in the gate, how to correctly set a lock, and took me through the whole process well. Facility itself is in a unique location which was kinda cool. Storage unit itself was a bit sore to the eye, but it works regardless.

My experience was great. We were walk ins with no appointment. We were shown two units, decided on one, filled out the paperwork, moved stuff in right then and there. We were in and out within 15-20 minutes. We have no complaints at all.

Public Storage is reasonably priced, but the Internet specials are the way to go. We are using our storage as a staging area to sort out furniture and family keepsakes from my wife's father's estate. It gives us time to do it right later while we focus on the immediate concerns. Public Storage gave us the best bang for the buck with easy terms super helpful people like Alisha at our PS office.

Krystle was fantastic! She went out of her way to explain everything & was very professional, friendly & outgoing! I stopped by the office during my last visit on 7/15, Sunday afternoon to report a hornets nest right next to our units door. The young lady who was at the desk was very concerned and promised she would take care of it right away! I appreciate her concern & sense of urgency very much!

I pretty much see Pam every time I go in there which is once a month & she has always presented herself to me with open arms & a smile! She is awsome at what she does & I as a customer appreciate that. So THANK YOU PAM!!!!!

Cons: Lock is not provided, required to pay for insurance, and you have to drive back and forth to check unit. Pros: Cheap storage units.

The customer service of this location is so wonderful! Tyler was able to answer all of my questions and was very happy to show me multiple units until i found one i was happy with. I would definitely choose this location again for my storage needs. Thank you to everyone at this location!!! All the thumbs up from this happy customer.

Fast and quick check in.

Not all units are 24hr access thru the large doors. Website said they were.

Chose this location, although farther from my house, because the price was better. However when I went to sign up they added extra fees which diminish the value for me.

I have never used any type of storage facility before. My transition from Columbus, OH, to Charlotte, NC was made easier with the understanding I received from Alvin who assisted me and informed me of the process without hesitation. I wasn't forced or sold anything. I was advised and well informed based on my situation only and I thank him for it. It was refreshing to have an employee know so much about the job, what they do and have quality answers to every question asked. Good Job Alvin!

The young man who signed me up was terrific and very much made me fee welcome at Public Storage. The only problem was the computer said the deal I had agreed to was not available ($1 for first month) but would be 50% off instead. The manager was no help and said there was nothing she could do. However, when the process reached completion the $1 deal was in the system but not until the final step. This caused unnecessary frustration during the process. The young man handled it great though.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. They made the process of renting a storage unit very easy. I would especially like to thank Tenine for her professionalism at property 08556 in Charlotte North Carolina.
