Dee was very helpful and nice, got me set up, walked me through everything. The elevators were a godsend, and they let us use their dolleys to help us move our heavy furniture making the whole process a lot easier for us. The pricing is great for what you get (I only got a 5x5 though). I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

There were so nice And easy to deal with. The manager showed me how everything worked and got me settled in. We had one small issue with missing a lightbulb and another manager took care of it immediately. This place is clean and easy to get in and out of.

I am very impressed with Slate Storage -Rocky River. The office staff members are extremely good at their jobs. They are very personable, yet so professional and knowledgeable about their facility. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had my stuff stored there for a few months, and I have had NO problems at all with the facility, the staff, or the billing. I highly recommend Slate Storage - Rocky River.

Richard and Dee do an excellent job providing storage in a climate controlled, secure, clean, and customer friendly environment. We had no problems getting furniture from a sold house into storage and feel it will be pristine when it's moved to the new place. We appreciate the fact the also are a drop off site for Salvation Army donations.
