Your staff was very helpful and detailed in their presentation of the facilities and associated fees. I returned the next day and they called me by name, which made me feel as if they cared about me as a customer. Very much appreciated The unit was as expected and very easy to load my possessions in. I feel very comfortable with this location for placing my household belonging while we begin our transition to a new home.
