The place is ok. Just ok. Needs some maintenance. There is a water pipe that has been pouring water near one of the buildings. The Bathroom is always not functioning and there is a door to upper attic storage right beside my storage unit that constantly hits me when I am trying to load my unit. The door is apparently off the hinge. Noticed that when I had gone back to my unit to load more, all of my items that were stacked had fallen due to the door constantly hitting just outside my unit.

I absolutely love this location. Everyone that I've talked to was friendly, but Becca went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. She was very understanding of my hesitation after being given the run-around at other storage facilities, and she walked me through the whole process with patience and humor. I'd give a ten star review just for Becca.

When pricing units online you need to disclose that there is a mandatory insurance cost attached to the rental.
