Public Storage - Concord - 3001 S Ridge Ave

Reserved a spot with Brittany at another Public Storage and as we weee packing up our house in one truck and the stuff for the storage unit in another, I realized we needed a bigger space. I called Brittany and told her and within minutes, she found a space at this one and transferred the reservation. Easiest process and she made the difference.

Had a great experience, would reccommend!

Renee, the office personnel, was very nice and most helpful. Of concern is that the light we were told came on after dark didn't come on at all --- not in either of the 2 controlled climate units we got. We needed light and couldn't work in the dark. Also a matter of concern is that the cylinder lock to the doors does not seem to be nearly as secure as the locks on the roll up doors.

Renee was amazing! I called in and told her what I needed, she was courteous and even held my spot for my RV until I could get there. This is my third time renting from this location. Great place and well secured.

all great -- just think access hours should be longer

I reserved TWO units online and was even called by Public Storage and confirmed. When I arrived I was told one of the units I reserved was rented. What good is a reservation if it is not honored?

Great place to store your things very clean, well lit and the Associate is very nice efficient and courteous.

The staff were really helpful,especially Tara, whom I spoke to that day. Helped me find a nice unit, surprisingly clean and easy to do business with the lot of them. I hope we will do business in the future!!
