Really clean, the climate control unit is great

The same code to enter the fence, building, and elevator. It is very inconvenient running between the elevator and keypad. If you are not quick enough, you will have to enter the code two to three times to get it right. The keypad to the elevator is very unnecessary. If you want to keep the keypad, relocate it inside the elevator.

I felt the place had a lot of Security to get in the storage which made me and my family feel safe! the place was extra large! My only thing is it was real busy on the weekend we went! all the carts were taken but someone found us one! So maybe it was just that one time but I will be going on weekdays from now on!

It was relatively cheap. The gate access app is a little slow.

Clean, affordable, friendly, easy location

Facility was clean and adequate. Was a bit difficult to leave as the key pad was in an awkward place and despite there being someone inside they didn't come to help.

Very clean reasonably priced unit. Customer service was amazing, employees were very friendly, welcome, and immensely helpful. Would highly recommend this storage unit. :)

I have been a 12 yr long customer with several different bins at a specific location in SE Florida. I am mobility disabled and have to use friends to help me load and unload stored items. I have to say that the Public Staff people I deal with now in NC are far more pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, the facilities in this new building have been designed with easier access into the bins, making it less stressful to move large items in. I also sincerely appreciate the pricing structure!

OMG !!! I was impressed with the way the manager of this place attended me, Mrs. Chris, she was very kind, professional and attentive to me, she showed me different units, answered all my questions kindly with a good attitude and that surprised me, because I I have not had that luck in other places for the simple fact that I am Latina, but I can say that I had a good deal here and the place is very good, clean and with very good prices !!! I recommend it!!!! Thank you Mrs. Chris for your attention !!!

The staff was very helpful and informative both on the phone and once we met them at the office. They were sure to follow protocol and have us see the specific unit we signed up for on line to rent, prior to completing the paperwork. They were challenged the day we came in because lightning had wreaked havoc on their security system. They were very clear and up front about what was going on and how things normally were. There have been no issues since then.

clean unit, manager Chris is very efficient and explained everything very well . The only drawback is construction workers parked in front of our unit. We understand they have to park someplace and that this is only temporary. Otherwise you would get 5 stars.

Great folks to work with!

Chris at the office was friendly and very helpful. She showed me two units to choose from. Drove me to their locations and gave me recommendations. Their under construction at the site and the road is torn up she suggested the unit where the road isn't as damaged but still muddy when it rains. I definitely recommend Public Storage even though my unit didn't qualify for the $1 for first months rent she offered a sizable discount on my monthly rent for a larger unit.

Was treated well - more than decent - by Judy. I wished that I had more information up front about bringing a lock and mandatory insurance requirement. Due to the on-site construction, the main road where our storage space is located has been mauled by the tires of the construction vehicles. Although I have not experienced it, I am concerned that when we need to get to our space we may have to wait for these vehicles to pass.

The $1 rental for the first month was fake... it really was half price of regular month.... Shouldn't advertise $1 per month of you are going to charge lots of additional fees. that wasn't explained to me until after I had decided to rent a unit. Kind of dirty and misleading.
