I came to this facility right after I had a heart, shortly after my husband had left me for someone else. The manager asked to hear my story and helped me to figure out what to do and made the transition so much easier than I would have expected, and for a great price! I am telling others, since this is the best facility I've ever had to deal with and it even offers a "personal touch" that I've not seen in other storage facilities. This is the best ever!

Marlene, who happens to be the manager was there the day we went to get a storage unit. Marlene was very polite, pleasant and knowledge. She showed us the 10x20 unit we requested. Paperwork was done quickly. Price is great.

Very annoying how they send a text everyday starting the day the payment is due telling you that you are late.....you are not late until after the 5th of the month. Also some work was done on the units after we rented there and the inside of the units are super dusty! I fell disgusting when I have to go into it and retrieve anything. Luckily my boxes are taped but I have not been very happy there. It's a lot of work to move your stuff out. did try to move across the street to new ones but missed the opportunity to get in with a good rate.

I dont think the rent should have increase because they painted the building and added more units. The increase did not provide the old renter anymore amenities.

Save Green is a safe and clean storage facility. During business hours it would be nice to have a trash container and bathroom for clients. Staff is good, but need to be friendlier with clients.

We've been fine with this facility until they started the construction. Now, it is VERY DIFFICULT to maneuver our RV in/out of our spot. The construction company leave their large machines in the drive area - along with their trash - and now there are such large gutted holes/ruts/ditches in our driving lane that when we were pulling in last Tuesday evening (in the rain - so these ditches were full of water and unable to tell how DEEP they were), our front tire went in one of the holes all the way up to the fender area and did some damage to our front end!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! It's as though you are hoping/wanting the RV's to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. Also - I know that at the moment, the gates will still open after 9:00 p.m. - but if you ever do make it where the gate is non-operable after 9:00 p.m., that will cause problems for us as well. Often we arrive back from a trip either right at 9:00 p.m., or after 9pm. I don't want us to start having to worry about getting back before the gates lock-down. I understand the reasoning behind this, but there should be a way to allow clients access to the front gate anytime - especially when they are traveling. Again - until the construction and limited/tight maneuvering area and the damaging ditches/ruts/holes in the driving lanes - and the threat of gate closure/time deadlines - we've been fine with this facility. But now - the toughest part of our RV traveling is managing our storage spot.

This is a very clean storage area. I wish the monthly rate was lower. $125 per month is a lot of money to store an old little boat.

The best thing you have going for you is the lady who supervises the yard there on a daily basis. i have been fortunate enough to have had several times i needed her help and she always comes through. She transitioned from the previous owner and took on her new responsibilities for you without missing a beat and definitely has your best interest in mind. I would like to see more information forthcoming from your office pertaining to future plans and changes, rather than finding out about them after the fact. It leaves people feeling uncertain about their spaces.

The location has improved in cleanliness especially since being purchased by SaveGreen. The only negatives for my particular unit is a MUCH reduced access space due to a new client storing buses in front of my unit and no longer having access to the dumpster.
