I would suggest having a cart available to people to wheel their boxes into their units. Also, a hook to keep the outer door open when doing this. An onsite restroom would be nice too.

I went to a place before I made a stop here. This place compared blew me away with so much welcoming compassion. When you are moving and have to leave your home in storage,it is a bit difficult. The day moving all my stuff was very long! This place made it so easy! I felt I had a safe comfortable space to leave my stuff. The front desk was amazing! She is really a wonderful person.
