Joyce was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, during a stressful time.The facility is clean and gated.Paperwork was easy and could be done over the phone and with an e-signature. She was easy to talk to and spent more time talking then the what it took to do the lease. She took the time and wanted to save me money which is Definately rare in this day and age! So worth the trip!

Nice and clean but there are no longer is any lighting at night and I don't believe surveillence. I had trouble with my lock and was out there fiddling with it for 40 minutes. I figured the cops would show up but they didn't. Also, the gate seems to be open all the time.

Although a new tenant with Valley Storage I have been very impressed with both the facility and the staff. The facility is clean and there is a large variety of units available for almost any need. The staff is wonderful - they were very accommodating to my requests and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. My only issue is that the location isn't all that convenient to Charlotte/Huntersville/Mooresville, but the price, facility, and staff make it worth the extra drive for me.

The office staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are what I expected, and the facility is clean. The only issue we have had is coming by after hours and finding the gate and the door into our building open. Our unit has been fine however.
