The facility was available and clean when I moved in. The front gate stayed open the entire day, but hopefully that will not be an issue as our units were locked.

My only real complaint is that the units are smaller than advertised, I'm paying for a 5'×10' unit but it's actually only 4'×8', that 18 square feet I'm overpaying for. But other than the misrepresentation of the size of the units it's a nice facility.

Loved it. So far so good, didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find any issues at all while going there and fallow instructions.

The unit was ready when I needed it. It was very clean inside the unit.

I called, explained my needs and minutes later was sent a cover page and reservation for my unit. It was that easy! Thank you so much! It was about the only easy part of our move.

It was my first time using a storage unit as a college freshmen but it was easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. I liked that it was done untactly. The storage was clean and good.

Customer service guy was rude, I had to check him when I only needed help but otherwise a good experience

I currently have three units and every time I got a new one the price substantially put up. However, the customer service is outstanding and the maintenance man on site, Danny is great!

Every time I have spoken to a customer service person, they have been very friendly and patient with me. Also, the facility is very clean and I shopped around and couldn't fine a unit I needed for less than this price. I have already told one of my co-workers about 10 Federal and I think he is considering joining me in your services. Thank you again for all the help!

Great customer service with 10 Federal! I had trouble with my access code entry not working, and when I called they made sure to help in any way they could in order to get me in to my unit. Easy online booking too! And great price. Feels secure as well.

Great facility. It's clean and the price is great. The only issue I had while moving in was there are no carts or dollies on the premises and it was hard to move larger items by hand.

I thought the place was great. The only issue I had was there were no dollies or carts to use anywhere on the premises. I called the number and the representative said to look around for one, which I had already done. She said she would let her supervisor know. I was able to move my stuff with a small rolling rack I had. I went back the next day and still no carts. That's my only disappointment. Everything else was a good experience.

Close to home, easy access, and clean.

I called the phone number and had a storage unit in less than 15 minutes with no problem. I got to the facility and the place was very clean, they even provided an awesome multi-purpose dolly. I give this place 2 thumbs up.

Had some trouble at the kiosk when moving in but called the help line and the rep was extremely helpful and kind getting my unit rented and account set up. Great experience.

The facility is very clean and is easy to access at any time. I enjoy that it's never too busy when I have to access the facility. Also, the climate control units are wonderful.
