Austin was amazing! I get lost easily without good landmarks, and he "walked" me (read: cool golf cart) through the whole experience. When you need to put things somewhere (I plan on it being temporary), this really takes the anxiety out of having that stuff around.

We were welcomed kindly as well as professionally. Before we came, your emails to us were not only clear, but encouraging as well (as we were going through a hard time moving across country). We were impressed with the excellent condition of the storage space provided as well as with the guidance moving into it. We are grateful that many of our household items are safely stored nearby.

There are so many wonderful things I could say, but I'll keep it simple. My whole experience was amazing. John was informative and respectful. He processed my paperwork very quickly and made sure I left with everything I needed. I feel that my belongings are safe.

Upon check-in 2 people were there to get back into their units after a recent break in at the site. I wouldn't keep anything of real value there.
