Austin was amazing! I get lost easily without good landmarks, and he "walked" me (read: cool golf cart) through the whole experience. When you need to put things somewhere (I plan on it being temporary), this really takes the anxiety out of having that stuff around.

My first impression was great! The representative that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable about her job. We were in our storage unit in no time. Only issue I had was that the facility doesn't have climate control at their location.
