Overall it was a good experience. The only issue i had was trying to get a hold of the property manager. My access code did not work

The office manager was extremely helpful with everything from showing me how to use the lock to making sure I got the right size unit for my items. He stayed over 20 past closing time since i showed up late but he was still extremely helpful and kind.

My only complaint is that I was forced to pay for one month of insurance even though I supplied them with a copy of my homeowner's insurance policy on the day I moved in which covers the storage unit. I was told that you had to pay the first month no matter what.

The representative that helped me was really patient and kind. He explained everything very clearly and was efficient so I was able to get in and out.
