The staff was friendly and efficient in helping me check in for my unit. The unit was clean and easy to move into. Overall, I've had a good experience thus far.

I was able to get the storage and help that I needed.

Parking was difficult and the roads between the units are narrow, so it can be like a game of Tetra to access your unit. Staff was nice and efficient. The cost on the internet site showed $56/mo (2nd month 1/2 off), but I left paying $138 for two months. It adds up but the costs are not upfront. I'm finding this is not unique to this storage facility. The unit itself was clean.

The staff was excellent and courteous

Upon arrival, the clerk was happy to stay a little late for us as we were coming straight from out of town. He even offered to extend our access later that evening. The unit was clean, the loading was convenient. All in all, no hassle.

AMAZING customer service!

Everything was exactly what you could want from a storage facility.

Despite calling the facility several times noone let me know that it was mandatory to pay for insurance on the storage room. The other issue is the lights in the hall leading up to the space aren't very bright and there isn't a light in the actual space itself. The 3rd issue is that one of the ways are cememt block and I was told not to store anything against the wall. This cuts down my available storage. This is supposed to be a climate control room so why is there an issue with putting belongings against the wall? I've used storage places before and they didn't have any cememt blocks in the actual room itself. For these reasons I would actually not rent here again.
