Clean storage space, customer service needs improvement

The staff at the facility are great! Really helpful and friendly and worked round the fact I didn't have a US cell phone number. Extra costs in the $1 for the first month offer should be clearer up front.

Scott, the front desk manager was incredibly helpful and made the process super easy. I didn't know what size I wanted so he took time to show me 3 different units and I ultimately got a great one! I moved in my stuff the next day.

It was a busy time of year to rent a storage unit. The customer service and online e-rental process made for a smooth reservation process. I trust that my belongings are nicely and secure.

This was my first time using this company. I had an issue upon move in and still havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t received a call back from the property manager. I also received the standard key lock and it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit the unit and I was even overcharged.

From the time I set the reservation to the move in date, they were very helpful and communicative. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer calls from phone numbers I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know so they were very clear with information in voice mail. They let me know ahead of time that there were a lot of reservations on my date and sent me paperwork to complete before hand. They let me know that my lock and key was placed and had my access code emailed to me. It was really streamline and easy! I really appreciated the service and simplicity of it, even in this pandemic status.

Clean and modern facility with full climate control at non-climate controlled prices. Note that all units are 10x10 -- so a 10x20 or 10x30 is in fact multiple smaller uints.
