easy to access unit and unit and facility were extremely clean! There should be a staff person on site however to help people with questions. There were several customers needing support and that in person support would be much better!!!

Rented unit ok and impressed with cleanliness and pleas customer service. Later, problems began. Site manager very unhelpful. Was to!d the office had one of two keys to my unit in case I ever misplaced mine. Today I needed that other key but was told it didn't exist. Told to get gate code online thru an app I cannot access. Very frustrating! Won't be recommending this to friends or foes.

There wasn't anyone in the office while we moved in.
